• We at Roohaniyat know the value of your precious time! And that’s why, we have tied up with leading domestic and international courier companies that deliver to majority postal codes across the globe. Free shipping is available on all products across India,
  Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 5-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  Product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed and will be delivered in 4-5 working days. 
• Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call   us between 12 to 6 PM. The express shipping service is chargeable.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Note : Refund is not applicable to any dresses purchased at ROOHANIYAT in any case except the damaged product or wrong product sent to you.  Please email us at roohanitajaipur@gmail.com or call at +8560904132. If the Order Id is missing the exchange will not be accepted.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR ORDER ID. 

1. Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
2. Exchange accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress of similar or higher value. (We do not give free shipping for exchanged dress, however, original product is sent by customer at their own expense.) 
3. Return not accepted if customer does not like the Color of the dress. We try our best to ensure exact colors as shown, However 5-8% variations is unavoidable due to light effect.
4. Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver  what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
5. Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
6. ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.
7. One time exchange is only accepted. 
          Returns are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the person should inform us within 2 days of delivery, & The item should be dispatched back to us within 4 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment.

Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups & the second round shipping is half paid by customer as mentioned above.
If a product is wrongly delivered to you, please send it back to us as we don’t have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges.  6-8% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes must be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India. Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Fabrics are as delicate as they are rare. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
